Nagravision
Nagravision is a market leader in the field of conditional access for digital TV and broadband Internet. Leading operators are equipped with its technology which ensures secure access to their services via more than 35 million decoders (analog and digital).


NDS Group plc
NDS is the leading supplier of open conditional access software and interactive systems for the secure delivery of entertainment and information to television set-top boxes and personal computers. The company also develops secure datacasting solutions for the distribution of data and multimedia.  NDS systems enable network operators and content providers to profit from digital TV technology and its associated interactive services.

Pace has developed and manufactured set-top boxes incorporating the NDS developed News conditional access system for markets world wide. Pace and NDS are also jointly developing hard disk set-top box technologies providing functionality beyond that of the PVR (Personal Video Recorder).


OpenTV
OpenTV is a leading developer of television software for digital receivers. OpenTV has developed EPG and e-commerce software for gateways supplied by Pace to BskyB. Pace has also entered into an agreement to port OpenTV's industry leading broadband offering onto its advanced Di4000 cable home gateway.
