Pace Micro Technology plc, a leading digital technology company, announced on 19 December 2007 that it had entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the set-top box and connectivity solutions business of Royal Philips Electronics.
Pace today announces that one of the conditions to this agreement – conclusion of the consultation procedure by Philips with its works council in France – has been satisfied.
