Further to the announcement on 19 December 2007 of the proposal to acquire the set top box and connectivity solutions business of Royal Philips Electronics, the Board of Pace Micro Technology plc announces that it expects to post documentation to shareholders to seek approval for the acquisition by the end of March and relist the existing share capital shortly thereafter.
