Induction - the induction process engages new employees before joining Pace, on their first day and throughout their first month enabling new joiners to learn about the company and the core values that underpin our business.
Internal and external training courses - the varied nature of the technologies, functions, professions and roles within Pace means the learning requirements are extensive and diverse with both internal and external options available.
Performance management - through our Performance Management process, objectives are set, development needs identified and the relevant training can be arranged allowing our employees to develop themselves, widen their skill sets and improve their career progression.
