Information Security

ISO 27001:2005

The essence of ISO 27001:2005 is that a sound Information Security Management System should be established within organisations. The purpose of this is to ensure that an organisation’s information is secure and properly managed.

The ISMS model, known as the "Plan-Do-Check-Act Model" (PDCA Model), is used in the ISO 27001:2005 standard and subsequently adopted by Pace. This model is used as the basis for establishing, implanting, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and reviewing our ISMS. This approached combined with our Risk Management System forms our ISMS.
