Our benefits package is aligned to the grading structure and reflects the current external market place. Each grade has a pre-determined benefits package. This is designed to increase the fairness and consistency of benefits across the business.
The benefits package in India can include:
- Bonus Scheme
There is a discretionary company bonus scheme, which is based on both personal and company performance and paid on an annual basis.
- Performance Share Plan
A certain number of contingent shares are allocated to each employee and are paid off based on the company’s performance over a period of time.
- Paid Time Off
Every employee is entitled to a total of 25 days leave in each calendar year. This is in addition to the 12 holidays set at the beginning of each calendar year.
- Health and Safety
Various policies/schemes to extend the insurance cover to all employees from the risks, including medical, death or accidents. Eligibility and level of the cover is dependent on the grade of the employee.
