  • Develop a strategy that targets improvement in key risk supply vendors (based on the output of the supply‑based assessment conducted by EcoVadis).

    • Collect and report on key metrics, e.g. internal promotions vs. external hires, looking at our diversity data in relation to the communities we operate in with a focus on gender.
